About Me

As a mother of six children who attended Milwaukee Public Schools, I publicly shared my frustrations regarding school violence and argued that a police presence was a critical tool for establishing a safe learning environment.

Abughrin works as the Program Director at the Alliance Health Care Institute, where Abughrin teaches continuing education courses like CPR, phlebotomy, and medication administration.
